You still have time to take advantage of the Home Buyer Tax Credit when you are looking to buy you home in Middle Tennessee. 

You still have time to make this happen.  You just need to be under contract on or before 04/30/2010 and your puchase need to close and fund prior to 06/30/2010.
For the First Time Home Buyer (you have not owned a primary residance in the 3 years prior to closing) you can get up to $8000.00 tax credit which can be amended to 2009's return or used for 2010.

Just a recap.  I have spoken to several business partners recently still unclear on the details of the home buyer credit.  This information comes directly for the IRS. 
Who can claim the credit? You purchased a main home located in the United States before May, 1st 2010.
