Active Listings in Wake Forest NC are down in general from 2008 to 2009.  There is still a healthy supply of homes though in a variety of styles and price points.

 
As the year progressses we will see the Absorption Rate for Wake Forest also start to level off.  What is the Abosprtion Rate?  The absorption rate is simply the number of months it would take to sell the current inventory should no other listings come on the market.

Spring made a visit this past week, then went back into hiding and now looks like it might be back for good!  The trees are in bloom in Wake Forest, NC, the flowers are opening and Historic Downtown Wake Forest is alive with people.  Just take a peek at the Wake Forest Coffee Company!  It's great to see everyone enjoying the weather at the tables outside!

Hhmmm, Spring made a brief debut in the beginning of last week but it abruptly ended with cold and rain for the last 3 days.  No worries - the rain will serve us well in a week or so with budding trees, daffodils and all that Spring has to offer!
