Way back in March I posted Wake Forest Library! A Little Something For Everyone! - it was a great post highlighting our library here in Wake Forest and all of the wonderful programs that it offers.
I usually go up every Mon - Thur with my son for homework time and LOVE their programs geared for school-age kids.  They do a really good job with the arts and crafts and the educational programs.  Well, the library is a little cramped!  While Wake Forest continues to grow the Library didn't.  Not until NOW...

There are posts after posts and story after story of the real estate market effecting the "common" person.  You know the kind, the one that gets up every morning, heads to work, puts in 40-50 hours a week and struggles to get by.  Well, the market affects everyone including the rich and famous.
While to some he may not be in the limelight these days like he was, Tony Danza recently took a big hit on his home sale.  (It's all relative!  It may not seem like a "big hit" to many but it IS!)
Tony Danze initially listed his Cape … (7 comments)

In Is A Historic Home Right For You? welcome to my back yard: It's The Little Things That Will Make or Break a Showing..... - 06/07/08 03:29 AM
This morning was full of previewing homes for some clients I have coming in next week.  I am a firm believer in previewing homes BEFORE you actually take your clients through.  Why don't more agents do that I wonder?
Anyhow, all of the homes were similar in size, price, private back yards and in close proximity to each other.  All of the homes would fit my clients needs nicely.
What surprised me with each of the homes was that they had another similarity.  They were all a "little" dirty.  Now, let me explain a "little" dirty.  It was obvious in each … (68 comments)

The Wake Forest Board of Commissioners voted unanimously last Tuesday to ban new permits for residential irrigation systems in an effort to be more proactive with water conservation.
This ban will apply to all manual and automatic irrigation systems that are proposed to be connected to The City of Raleigh water system (public potable water system).  Remember, the City of Raleigh is where Wake Forest gets it's water.  In addition to Wake Forest, the towns and municipalities of Rolesville, Wendell, Knightdale, Gardner and Zebulon also get their water from The City of Raleigh - those towns and municipalities are not a part … (9 comments)
