Starting a blog off with the word "Wow" is generally used to grab the attention of the reader really quick. In the case of this blog, I won't start it off with "Wow" but I do want to get your attention.
Here we go. "Cash Flow is King" is a phrase many of us have heard of. The truth of the matter is that it is king in the lives of those who have it. Those who don't have it just sit around wishing for a little cash to come their direction.
The economy is said to be getting better by … (15 comments)

new: Recruiting in a down economy - 01/29/09 08:24 AM
Recruiting is not at the top of the list for a lot of businesses these days. A lot of companies are laying off by the thousands. So why should we recruit in this down economy?

new: We don't need another 2008, We need a great 2009 - 12/22/08 03:52 PM
Something tells me that 2009 will be a year of great opportunity. I say that because of my faith in God and my firm belief in good things coming to those who wait. Many of us have been waiting for a long time for the right opportunity to come along. In really should say many of us have being prepared to receive a great opportunity.

new: Being recruited by another industry recruiter - 03/28/08 02:56 AM
OK you get calls from recruiters in the Real Estate field.  How do you feel about getting calls from people outside the Real Estate field?  Occasionally I get calls from people trying to get me to leave the profession I'm in to do their deal.  I'm just imagining that Realtors get calls, email, post cards and other forms of communication from recruiters from various fields.
In my estimation, recruiters perceive Realtors to be good targets because of their entrepreneurial spirits.  Let's face it, if you can sell Real Estate you probably could sell other services as well.  I've known Realtors who … (12 comments)
