prospecting: There's an agent for everyone...

After reading a few recent blog posts on MLM, prospecting, etc, it has occurred to me that while all of these concepts have merit for some individuals, it's not for everyone. Case in point. I wear my nametag a lot-it allows people to ask me about real estate and I can then talk with them about market conditions, houses, neighborhoods, builders, etc-at their comfort and without pushing the conversation to happen. I also market with my car so folks can approach me elsewhere-again, at their comfort level since they are the ones initiating the conversation. But I was in the YMCA this morning, (4 comments)
