While I wish I could take credit for this chart, I can't and I truly don't even know where it originated.  All I know is it's viral and so why not pass it on.  It shows this year compared to last year so your clients could see how the market has improved.  Whether they are looking to buy or sell now is a great time.  But you already know that!  Pass this on to your database!
