In the Coachella Valley in Southern California, we are in the midst of "snowbird season", that time of the year when folks in snowbound areas break free and migrate to warmer weather for up to 6 months. Many of our snowbirds are our neighbors to the north, the Canadians. We have an average of 350 days of sunshine annually, so golf, tennis, swimming and hiking are always popular.
