ADOPT A HORSE IN LOUDOUN COUNTY VA.
THE ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL IN LOUDOUN COUNTY VIRGINIA offers a few surprises. Not just the usual dog and cat shelter. The Loudoun County Animal Care & Control has shelter and adoption services for horses too. I met the two horses below today, Katori and Emerick.
Horses - Katori, a 6 year old female and Emerick, a 10 year old male. The facility has a number of sheds like the one above and paddocks for grazing. Loudoun County requires that home owners have 3 acres to house horses.
