Also planned were several hundred new homes. It was a lovely plan - - - until the housing crash of 2006. Two of the three new home builders pulled out. They were way overpriced for the Lovettsville market and only built 6 homes in 4 years. The remaining builder was very smart and offered homes in a price that justified the commute to Lovettsville. LENN'S NEW ADVENTURE TOOK SOME THINKING. Goodness, it's May and my grass is growing like a weed, or an acre of weeds. What to do??? A disagreement with my grounds maintenance company left me with grass growing wildly in the back of my lot. It's about an acre of gently sloping yard. The disagreement?
