Many homeowners feel that selling their home without a real estate agent will be a piece of cake. Let me assure you it as not as simple as placing a sign in the yard and skipping happily to the closing table. Let's go over some of the pitfalls and hazards a home owner can face:

Northwest Arkansas is a wonderful place to live for many reasons. What can be considered a bedroom and what cannot? There are 4 requirements that a room must meet to be considered a bedroom:
1. The length and width of the room must be 7 feet in both directions minimum. 7×7 length by width is the absolute bare minimum for a bedroom although I don't know too many people that want to live in such a small space!
2. A bedroom ceiling must be at least 7 feet tall. *attics and lofts have to have 50% of the ceiling 7 foot tall..
3. A bedroom must have two ways out. In addition to being accessible from the inside of the home a room (0 comments)
