I  read this blog this morning and my head started to boil, made no sense to me and bashing/blaming Realtors on top of it?

This is a GREAT TIME TO BUY! But it's not a great time to buy for EVERYONE.

One  way to help sell a home is to offer the buyers a reduced start rate, rather than lower the price maybe consider taking to your sellers about offering a reduced interest rate to the buyers, this could be used when marketing the home and it does not effect the Realtors Commission like a reduction in price would.
Here's how it works:
Let's say you have a home listed at a fair market value of $400K, the sellers may want to lower the price some say $10K this brings the asking price to $390K and in effect lowers your gross commission on a 5% listing … (5 comments)
