The dramatic rise was brought about as the inventory of homes for sale reached historic lows at the same time buyer demand was buoyed by record-low mortgage rates. Florida Mortgages 100% Financing Programs With all the changes to the mortgage industry over the past 6 months there is still options for home buyers who need 100% financing to buy a home. I have 2 new first time home buyers going through the mortgage process now and even though guidelines have tightened I an amazed to still be able to get 100% financing for low 600's Fico scores with higher back end ratio's. I got an approval this week on a 620 mide score,100% financing with 2 collections on the credit report, 6.875% fixed for 30 years! This is a full doc loan but (0 comments)
