The FSBO owner market continues to grown even though over 90% of FSBOs fail and either give up or list with a Realtor. This market is untapped by Realtors since over the past 3-4 years or more it was a Sellers Market and bidding wars were the common thing on most properties. Because this was a sellers market and most Realtors were so busy they did not look outside the box.
