Goodbye Sandy Utah, Welcome home to Sun City Grand
Not long ago I sold a Sun City Grand golf course home to a lovely couple who lived in Sandy Utah. My buyers purchased their retirement home first, then returned to Utah to place their property on the market. Their home sold and they are presently driving to Arizona.

It’s all about finances and fiscal responsibility. City of Phoenix public golf courses have been losing money for a long time. City of Phoenix officials are talking about eliminating some public golf courses or looking at the possibility of having a management group to manage the City of Phoenix public golf courses. Certainly eliminating any of the City of Phoenix public golf courses will be disasters for property values.
