Since selling his home in Puna, each May Skip leaves Arizona for Sicamous. Stopping for Dogs in Sun City Grand I was at the Sun City Grand pet park this afternoon, checking out the dog park before the Grand reopening. Many Sun City Grand homeowners read their email and trotted down to take a sneak peak of the dog park before the reopening celebration.

Tonight's Arizona news reported 6,000 lightening strikes per hour in central Phoenix. On my way home in Sun City Grand I stopped to take a few pictures. The 7th tee box at Cimarron Golf Course in Sun City Grand is always a memorable sight. There are several hundred palm trees in Sun City Grand, reminding me constantly of my hometown in Hilo Hawaii.
