Most of us wonder... What is Title Insurance? What does it cover? Why does my client have to have it? Here is some information on a few policy's for the State of Arizona and what they cover.... (This info is general and can vary between companies.) Wow, what a great holiday weekend! I did nothing to get myself organized, that is what I thought I would do with the extra day off... When you have young children though they get bored sooo easily, then they drive you crazy! So I took them to the waterpark and to a hotel to hang out, swim and watch the fireworks! It was so much fun! I actually really enjoyed my time with them and I love the water play! Amazing how time flys by so quickly... Things change, people change! I just visited with friends from High School this past weekend at my 20 year class reunion. It just doesn't seem possible! I had a great time. Laughed so much, just like old times. Saw families that are just happy and beautiful, others are still single no kids, others have kids and never been married, others married with no kids, everyone has their story!
