Lenten Dinners will begin at San Carlos Cathedral in Monterey beginning Friday February 24! This is a must attend event. Even if you are not Catholic, the food is amazing, fresh, and you will see everyone you know.
The meals are available for take-out if you want to stop in and get a to go order. I always love this time of year, and this is a great way to spend your Friday night dinner. The church has been re-modeled and renovated and is worth a walk across the street to see.

When looking at this data, one must also realize that this is data for the whole county. Each city in this county has different price ranges, lifestyles and amenities. Mortgage interest rates have fallen to 4.46 percent, down from 4.53 percent at this same time last week. This is the lowest average rate reported on Zillow Mortgage Marketplace in 22 weeks.

Despite the increasing defaults, the increasing number of owners under water....and the massive number of REOs coming for sale now it could be argued that NOW is a great time to buy. WHY?
Simple, crazy unsustainably low interest rates and historically LOW PRICES ON homes.
