The "NYW & B parcel" is where the New York Westchester and Boston Railroad ran through Pelham. The Pelhamwood Station was at Harmon and Storer Avenues. The Village of Pelham Board of Trustees approved a resolution "authorizing a nonbinding expression of interest in converting part or all of the NYW&B parcel to a greenspace" at this week's meeting.
