One of the most daunting tasks when thinking about purchasing a home is contacting a Realtor. The questions start running through your mind, and there aren't a lot of places to get answers. "Am I really ready to purchase a home?" "What neighborhood would I want to live in?" "Can I afford the house I like?" "What is my budget?" And then if you do find a house, and call the listing agent, you may end up with one of those "Used Car Salesmen" types, and wish you had never called. Come on, you know the type!
