Midwood Meadows is close! Close to Fuel Pizza, close to Nova Bakery and close to the best burgers in town! It is close to cool Hong Kong fashions, the library and Harris Teeter. How close? Minutes. Minutes to walk and minutes to ride your bike. With a Walkscore of 75 it is hard to beat the convience of this great little condo complex. Originally built in the 50's as apartments they were converted to condos in the 90's. All got new kitchens, roofs and new HVAC and electrical upgrades at that time. But some have had even further improvements over the (0 comments)
charlotte nc homes for sale: Tippah Park Court in Charlotte's Midwood Neighborhood

When I first moved to Midwood near Charlotte's uptown, I fell in love with all the unique bungalows. Lining the side walked streets behind the giant oaks and pecans, each one had it's own personality and no two were the same. Except - they all had just one bath. When most of these homes were built in the 1930's and 40's, just having indoor plumbing was a huge selling point! But today everyone is looking for two full baths. For those buyers looking at spending under $300,000 that is still a bit of a tall order in Midwood. Up until now (0 comments)
