Think you need 20% down to buy a home and is that why you’re renting? What if there was a way to get a 3.5% downpayment or even have someone else pay it? Did you know there are grants that can cover down payments for certain situations? That you can accept a gift to help with downpayment? In reality, moving into a new home could cost less than moving to a new apartment. And in St. Louis, Missouri that is certainly true.
