Winter!!  Yes, Winter!   When spring comes around practically everyone is putting their home on the market as this is the percieved best time.  And fair enough, the most homes go on the market in spring and sellin in summer.   That said, for a variety of reasons, homes that list in winter sell faster on average - basically is a supply and demand game!  According to RedFin and Angies List, a higher percentage of homes sell in less than 6 months, when compared to springtime homesales.  Video & Read more here and here

After finishing a year long rehab on our new (to us) home, the free sprited daredevil in me elected along with my husband to purchase a gorgeous cream colored cigar couch.  It looked GREAT.  Little did I consider the anxiety it would give me - we love red wine at our house.  Ultimately I left it covered with a cream colored blanket on most days.  Until I had a client and referral partner party....
The blanket was removed with the intent that "no one would really sit there' or perhaps only the white wine drinkers.  It was fine, the party congregated outside. … (6 comments)
