Today, I attended a class in Wilmington, NC to learn about the major NC programs that have been set up to assist first time homebuyers and present homeowners who are having difficulty making their payments. I will save some of that info for later this week but I did want to address a statement made by one of the presenters. She meant well, and she was trying to caution real estate agents but what she said sent chills up my spine because I could just hear a seller repeating the statement to a judge. I'm paranoid.
