Many of you may already use this little strategy. I don't do it with all my listings but quite often I will have clients who are very social or they participate in some type of competitive sport or hobby that brings them into contact with lots of people. I buy plain business cards and print a picture of their home on the front with the address. On the back, I post one sentence focusing on a special feature and the benefit that makes this home special along with my website so they can view a virtual tour or more pictures.
