Recently I was given the opportunity to stage a home that had been on the market for one year. After a new realtor and myself got on the job, significant changes were made. It took several weeks to complete the home improvements that were needed. Once completed, I was able to begin staging the home. I finished staging on a Saturday, and it went under contract the next day at the open house. Here are two convincing "before and after" photos from one of the rooms that were staged.
