Veteran's Loans - V.A. Loans are one awesome benefit to our Service Veteran's. Democrats, Republicans, Tea Partiers......strong in opinion and not a lot of love between them all. They don't agree on much, but most support the men and women who served our country. You might support the war, be opposed to the war, but few (there are some) are opposed to our Veterans. Me, I'm honored to have them fight for my freedom. Forget the politics, these guys and gals exposed themselves so that I can retain my freedoms. My father is a Vet, my grandfather was a vet. The President has signed the Appropriations Bill with the higher FHA mortgage limits, FHA and USDA funding and the extension of the flood insurance program until December 16th.
USDA Funding Extension
USDA refinance loans with the standard "subject to the availability of commitment authority" language in the USDA loan approval can now resume funding USDA refinance transactions with this commitment language.
FHA Mortgage Limit Implementation
The law states that the new limits are effective for case numbers assigned today (date of enactment) until December 31, 2013 (case numbers assigned). Below is the language from the law … (2 comments)

va: Loans for our Troops....and our Ex-Troops - Military Loans

If you're a veteran, a reservist or have served our country in some armed services capacity, we can probably do a loan for you. What's so great about V.A. loans is that you can put no money down and have no PMI or private mortgage insurance as well. This is huge. The government doesnt do a lot of things well, but they do take care of their vets through the use of their VA program. Call me if you want to walk through a scenario any time.
