I was so pleased when my dear friend asked me to help her son find a condo. He wanted to stay in that $350k price range in either the Windward side of Oahu, or Pearlridge area which is close to his work place. I generally work and specialize in Kaneohe and Kailua, but of course do occasionally have clients that are interested in other parts of the island. So we both explored the Pearlridge area.
