Our office has had a very active past two months. Homes that are priced correctly are selling rather quickly. I have noticed a few changes of course with the new market we are in. The average home-buyer looks at 5 or more homes at a time. They want all the information before viewing the homes usually emailed to them . They have choices and they are enjoying the process. Second it seems the short sales and foreclosures are frustrating a good amount of home-buyers. Unaware of the banks response times and taking chances with the as is conditions is scaring some (0 comments)
