We are getting ready to start baking our holiday favorites and I wanted to share this recipe - after tomorrow, I'll post a picture but now, I"ll just post this yummy recipe. I double the recipe whenever we make these - they go fast.

After 3 years the Holiday Light Fantasia is back at Goodwin Park and Glastonbury Parks and Recreation is organizing a trip to see them on Thursday, December 22 (Snowdate of December 29th) - seats are still available. The holiday lights were donated to Channel 3 Kids Camp by Frank Maratta. Proceeds will help operate the 350-acre year-round camp. After the trip to the park we will head back to the RCC Cafe for hot chocolate, cookies & cheer. It took close to 2 months to set up over 2,000 lights! Be sure to see the new debute...
