Hi All - Just wanted to share a nice video I found of a recent Haulover Inlet sandbar party. If you love boating you'll like this vid, if you like fun on the water you'll like this vid, if you love South Florida you'll like this vid.

Construction progresses on Herzog & de Meuron's 57-story oceanfront Jade Signature condo tower in Sunny Isles Beach, where ground breaking and construction began in August of 2013. Projected completion of this Greater Miami Beach luxury oceanfront condominium tower is planned for mid 2016.
According to the developers, over 80% of the 192 available residences are reportedly under contract, which would leave approximately 40 residences or so, still available, with the top 3 floor penthouses still remaining available. The Mansions at Acqualina - Currently under construction on the ocean in Sunny Isles Beach, this one-of-a-kind luxury condominium residence tower is nearing it's completion. The Mansions at Acqualina broke ground in August 2012, with the official "top-off" occuring in April of this year. Expected completion is still on schedule for mid 2015.
The 47-story Mansions at Acqualina has sold nearly 90% of it's 79 available residences (according to developer reports).
