San Dimas Market Watch - May 8-14, 2013
Okay, so the last statistics have proven to you that it is definitely a SELLERS MARKET. But the trend is continuing here in this week's San Dimas Market Watch.
Last week, there were a total of 4 new listings.  Less inventory means higher prices and makes it a sellers market in San Dimas.  When you compare this week's 4 to the 1 sold homes it doesn't give you much of a picture.  But when you add the numbers together shows, that this is definitely still a sellers market in San Dimas, CA.

Your Credit Report Mistakes
Okay, so in reading many articles this week, the hot topic seems to be Credit Scores.  And in attending one of my networking groups, the speaker this week was on - you guessed it, Credit Report Mistakes.
So the first issue regarding credit repair I will be discussing this week is the fact that 40+ Million Credit reports contain mistakes.  That's one in five.  A staggering amount to be sure.
The number one issue is still identity theft according to the FTC Report on the 2012 complaints regarding credit score mistakes.  This is huge because the Federal … (2 comments)

La Verne Market Watch April 24-30, 2013
Okay, so Times, They Are A Changin'!  (Found Bob Dylan's Song Here!)This week in La Verne things are begining to move and shake.  There were 6 new listings coming into the La Verne market for sale.  I read an article earlier on the Redfin blog about seller confidence booming.  Doesn't seem to have made it to La Verne as of yet.
Only 1 home had a price change this week in La Verne.  I don't think we can blame this on the banks any longer.  In fact if I read it correctly now, this is probably due to the rising home values and people need to get … (2 comments)

It got me to thinking, some of the homes we see in showing or previewing are pretty bad.  I've seen things where walls inside have been totally grafittied and called art.  I … (6 comments)

Really, we Have to Go HOW High?
Okay, so I am in the process of submitting an offer for a fabulous family.  They found the house they have always wanted at a decent price.  Sure, it needs some fixing up, but the issue is the price.  The offer we were to submit, that is before I spoke with the other agent, was $33,000 over asking... you would think, right!
But in speaking with the listing agent, he said he already has five, yes five offers over what we were thinking of coming in with.  We would have to be nearly $70,000 … (2 comments)

If I blogged about them all, you would be reading for a week and miss everything, so I decided to give you the links themselves.
