Hi - I just want to wish everyone a Happy New Year! I just know that 2010 will be a much better year for all of us - I can feel it. It's one of my resolutions for the New Year - it's to have a great year. I believe that if you think it...it will happen! My blog will detail home staging strategies, ideas and advice for realtors and consumers as well. It will focus on creating an atmosphere in a home - rather than just making a home look pretty. Creating an emotional "tug" at the heartstrings of a potential buyer is just as important a strategy in the decision-making process as prudent pricing. The tips and ideas will be cost-effective - and user friendly.
