There is a revival in new home sales, and that is great news. According to a recent USA Today article, The Census Bureau reported an 18.6% increase in last month's new home sales. That's the highest pace since May 2008!! Seasonally adjusted, new home sales reached an annual national rate of $504,000, beating economist's forecast of $440,000. Not only is that great real estate news, but in addition to an increase in the number of sales, the median sales price of new homes was 7% above last year.
