On Tuesday The Sears Mall in Anchorage Alaska opened a new restaurant by the name of BurgerFi which is short for Burgerfication and the founders hope that it reminds its diners of the heyday of the burger stands in America during the 1950's on 60's. For me the The sign over the door stated everything I needed to know: Natural Burgers, Fries, Dogs, Custard, Craft Beers and Wine.
