San Ramon townhome and condo closed sales thru August were up 25.5% for number of units sold, and year to date number of units is up 13.5% as compared to condo sales for 2010. While number of units has increased as compared to 2010, the average and median sales prices decreased 25.5% year to date and the average sales price decreased 18.2%. August San Ramon Townhome Sales Compared to July 2011 July Units Sold = 32, Average Sales Price $274,762 - High Sales Price of $549,950 & Low Sales Price $110,900.
