San Ramon activity for the week ending March 24, 2012 was another week of frenzy. There are currently only 85 homes on the market in San Ramon ranging in price from $350,000 to $1,899,000. We had 100 people attending our open house Sunday, so the low inventory makes it very competitive for serious buyers. The low inventory and numer of buyers in the market place have completely turned our market around. With multiple offers, not just 2-3 but 10 plus, we are seeing prices starting to inch up. Bollinger Hills Market Update There were 12 homes that sold in 2011 as compared to 2010 of only 9 closed sales. The average sales price is down approximately 9 percent from the 2010 sales. There is currently one home on the market on Morgan listed at $650,000 and two pending sales priced from $629,000 to $749,000. Some of the homes have incredible views of Mt. Diablo and the valley attributing to an average of 27 days on the market from time of listing until a contract for sale.
