San Ramon All Activity Foreclosures make up a small percentage of the home activity for San Ramon, while Short Sales make up a larger percentage. This would indicate that more people are opting to engage in a short sale rather than letting their home go to foreclosure. Most all short sales and foreclosures are listed at the current market price or with 5% of the market price. San Ramon Condo Activity for the month of July saw 22 closed sales. Currently there are 66 active listings and 105 pending sales. The price range for the active listings is $99,000 up to $607,000. Sold sales ranged between $110,000 up to $515,000. I like to show the home sales trends by zip code, 94582 - everything East of Alcosta Blvd and 94583 everything West of Alcosta Blvd.
