New listings accounted for 7 in June 2012 versus 21 in June 2011, a decrease of 66%.

I am becoming a San Ramon neighborhood door knocker and actually enjoying it. I have never been a door knocker as I didn't want the rejection. Actually it isn't that bad. Most people I meet are very nice. There's always going to be someone who would prefer I didn't knock on their door and that's okay.
