All total there are 101 homes for sale in San Ramon ranging in price from $412,000 to $1,899,000. Based on the current listings, the San Ramon inventory of homes if no more were listed, would be depleted in 1.36 months. Demand for San Ramon homes is extremely high.

What is interesting to note is that 2011 toolk 25% longer to go pending. Short sales attributed to the increase in averages, as we saw properties coming off the market and going back on market due to lenghty negotiation time frames and buyers either not qualifying or not willing to wait. 2012 to date we are showing 39 days on average for San Ramon homes to close.
