The sales activity for five of the town home complexes in Gale Ranch had 47 units sell in 2013 versus 26 in 2012. These Gales Ranch neighborhoods are: Wisteria Mira Villa Cedar Bridge Renassaince Vestrella Here is a breakdown of the town home activity for Gale Ranch for 2013:
A comparision of these Gale Ranch complexes between 2012 and 2013 show a significant increase in the average sales price - almost all of them up 25%. This is due right now to the low inventories of all homes available in San Ramon.
