Bollinger Hills Market Update January to June 30, 2012
There were 10 homes that sold in the first half of 2012 as compared to 2011 of only 6 closed sales for the same time period. The average sales price is down approximately 3 percent from the 2011 sales.
There is currently only one home in Bollinger Hills on the market located on Derby Dr. listed at $899,900 and 3 homes "pending" ranging in price from $699,000 to $729,000.
