apogee: Apogee Closing delayed until December

Apogee, the "Uber-Luxurious" condo high rise that is set to break all standards in luxury living in South Beach had its closings delayed until December (floors 5 through 10). After reading the Miami Herald article about Dellacasa Kitchens lawsuit against the Related Group I called "my sources" at Related who mentioned (off the record) that after installing some of the cabinets (Apogee was scheduled to start closing in September on floors 5 through 10), they felt that the quality was not as good as they wanted and they would not compromise the quality of the building, therefore they were dropping Dellacasa … (13 comments)
