jeffrey fontana park: National Isn't Local! Almaden Valley; A Case in Point - 08/29/10 06:51 AM

Our local newspaper, like so many others tends to cite national numbers when reporting on the housing market. We all know that each of our local housing markets is much different. As the old saying goes,"You've gotta know the territory!".

There are many discrepencies in their reports vs. those of concerned residents, engineers, the Audobon Society, Sierra Club an more, who all had representatives at the rally.

Beware; Prop 16 is a wolf in sheep's clothing. This will give them more carte blanche to many issues like these. Ask yourself; why would they fund this proposition? An interesting link.
