Here in Almaden Valley, as in many areas, supply and demand are the name of the game, and increasing values. We currently have 30 active single family homes, that's less than half of what we had 2 years ago. I was able to sell my clients' fixer upper for significantly more than it would have sold for last year or most likely than it would have sold for this spring or summer.
