Okay, Lisa Bear, what in the heck is a bubbler? Waukesha County Real Estate and Lake Country Real Estate: It wasn't too long ago I was walking down a street in Waukesha County Real estate and Lake Country Real estate and my friend that was with me said that they were thirsty. My reply "Why don't you go stick your snout over the bubbler over there and get a cold drink?" Their reply "Okay Lisa Bear, what in the heck is a bubbler?" The governor signed the bill at the Golden Mast Inn on Okauchee Lake near Oconomowoc last Friday morning. The bill's author, Republican Rep. Joel Kleefisch of Oconomowoc. Culling refers to catching a fish, keeping it in a live well and then throwing it back after catching a bigger fish. The practice is illegal in Wisconsin, but the bill creates an exemption for bass tournaments. Kleefisch says the change will draw larger tournaments to the state.
