Danbury Seller closes 2 homes amid COVID-19How they dealt with the move, closing and their safety. 
On Good Friday, our trusting client's Jason & Jimena prepared to close on 2 homes in Danbury CT with the help of The Brokerage of New England, Fairfield County Bank and the Law Offices of Lawrence Riefberg. It was a team effort and everyone took necessary safety precautions including our sellers, making sure all keys, garage door openers, manuals and etc where left at the property to eliminate additional handling. Removed all personal items from the home, cleaned and sanitized door knobs prior to the new homeowner taking possession.
