I currently have well qualified buyers looking for a home in the city of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas. They prefer a mature neighborhood with a private/secluded back yard setting, or one that could be improved upon to achieve this. Prefer vaulted ceilings/open floor plan, main level master bedroom, basement, hardwood floors and good natural light. They would consider a house that needs some updating. Close to downtown or Kansas University area is a plus. If you are a Realtor with an upcoming or pocket listings, please let me know.
