Buyers for Douglas County Kansas property, Lawrence, Baldwin City, Eudora. I currently have buyers looking to purchase a home in the next few months. They need a ranch style preferrabley on basement. South of Lawrence and possibly as far south as Ottawa. So Franklin County is an option too. Close to major roads is a plus. Some acreage is preferred, or large secluded lot if in town. Those are the main parameters. Age and condition are not as important as style and location. Pricing $150K to $350K.
