I work with sellers in the Lawrence and Douglas County Kansas and surrounding area real estate market. I always include a visual tour with my listings. Why? Visual tours add content to your listing on the internet. Google and other internet search engines love video content, ranking them higher in searches. Is technology taking over to the point that we are losing sight of the big picture? It is no surprise that most first time buyers would rather begin their home search via their phone by downloading multiple apps. Realtors were many hats and one of those is being a good photographer. I'm not talking about just being able to take reasonable digital photos of each room and some exterior shots for the MLS, I'm talking about having the ability to capture a clear image of what this particular property has to offer and entice a buyer to set up a showing.
