I hope everyone is having a great start to this new year. I just wanted to anounce that Florida House Bill 1305 took effect Januray 1, 2008. This Bill authorizes electronic notarizations to be performed in the state of Florida. This means notaries can electronically notarize documents and the state can record them. Florida's eNotarization law is the first to include national standards published by the National Assoc of Secretaries(NAAS)- this is an important step that will streamline the exchange of enotarized documents between Florida and other states that include the national standards.  Hello,
I would like to introduce myself and my company to activerain and all its members. I am a Certified Signing Agent, Mobile Notary, and Field Inspector serving Manatee and Sarasota counties in Florida. My experience includes purchases, re-fi's, HELOC, investment, and reverse mortgages. All are laser printed and double checked for accuracy. Also I now have my electronic notary seal, laptop, and ENJOA system through the National Notary Assoc. I have performed a few ELECTRONIC MORTGAGE CLOSINGS already this year and I am hoping for more.
